Customers using Pre-paid Company/Personal Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Orders should call our Sales Department at (800) 924-1252.

- How can I track my order’s progress?
- Lil Buddy™ will keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you whenever possible after the item is shipped. You may also check our online order status page or call our Customer Service Department at (800) 924-1252 for more information.
- I didn’t see an order confirmation page. Was my order submitted successfully?
- If you didn’t see an order confirmation page even though you clicked the last submit button, our server probably still received your order. An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail and the order status will be available on-line. If you did not receive either, call our Customer Service Department at (800) 924-1252 to make sure your order was received.
